 Harvey Act 1, Scene 1; Act 2, Scene 1-

The setting is the library in the Dowd Mansion in a western US city (presumably Denver). The set is based in a Romanesque revival style.

  Harvey Act 1, Scene 2; Act 2, Scene 2-

The sanitarium set is roughly in a post deco Moderne style. A bit of a nod to the Bauhaus inspired art direction of 1940’s Hollywood.
